START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase (or 14 days from the date the goods were received), provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges are only applicable to items purchased directly from our official website. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error made by "A Hundred." In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES. We cover the cost to send your item back for exchange, and cover the shipping cost to get another item delivered to you. Please send us an email at important@ahundred.store to start the exchange process.

If you request an exchange due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Personalized or customized items.
Items purchased from third-party retailers.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
If you have already gone through our online process to return please allow us 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return is processed someone from our team will email you to confirm the process.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
A Hundred is run by a small team and we ship all orders out in 24-48 business hours, Monday - Friday. Your tracking link will update as soon as your package is picked up by USPS, GLS, Fedex, DHL, DPD, or any other suitable shipping carrier for your location.

If your order hasn't shipped in 2 business days, Monday - Friday, there's likely a problem with your shipping address. Please check your spam folder and if you don't see an email from our team please email important@ahundred.store.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Did you place the order with a different email than your primary? Did you check your spam folder? Maybe you misspelled it. If you still can't find it, please email us at important@ahundred.store (Order #, No Confirmation Email). Allow our team 24 business hours to respond, Monday - Friday.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED OR MISSING ITEM(S):

If we sent you the wrong order or forgot to put items in your order, please email important@ahundred.store with pictures of the packing slip and item. We will send the correct order out to you after confirming.

DID YOU ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADRESS AT CHECKOUT?

If you made a mistake while typing in your shipping adress email us at important@ahundred.store with subject line (Order number, shipping address) and include the correct address in the body of your email.
